We understand that damages can happen in delivery route by shipping carriers. In the event you receive a damaged package, please send an email to email@example.com along with photos of the damaged but unused product within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event that you have an issue with a received product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation of the issue and photos within 72 hours of receiving and dependent upon reasoning and judgement, an exchange may be made for another product or for store credit, not refunds will be made.
Orders are shipped via USPS. They will be shipped in 5 to 7 business days and will include a confirmation email and tracking information. Essential Excellence is not responsible for any transit delays or damages. Once it leaves our location, it is in the hand of USPS. If there is an issue, please contact USPS to file a claim with the carrier.
To inquiry about a custom order or wholesaling, please use our contact us form. All custom orders will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking/ordering, and the remaining balance will be due at least 24 hours prior to the date of delivery.
